As part of the ‘Top Destinations to go there‘ campaign,Booked.net - Top Destinations to Go There I've been asked to blog about five destinations I would like to visit again.
Now I don't easily go back to a place I travel to, unless I really really like it. So here goes:
- New York
I love the US as a travel destination and New York City in particular. It's is so versatile and really a city that never sleeps. I have to add that as an Ex- New Yorker, going to New York is a little bit like coming home. I'm going back this December and I can't wait to see what's new since the last time I was there.

- Japan
- Cuba
Cuba is another destination that gave me precious travel memories. I loved how the Cuban people were so happy and cheerful regardless of the fact that they owned real basic things. I went in the mid nineties so I'm sure it's completely different now. I would love to go back and see what it's like these days.
- My parents house in Andalusia
My parents are of that lucky generation that they were able to throw in the towel early and retire at 60. They bought a house in the south of Spain to escape those dreary Dutch rainy days. I love going there and waking up with a view of the Med outside my bedroom window. They are trying to sell now, so I fear that I might not ever be able to go back there again.
- Argentina

Cuba is on my list of places I really want to go.
ReplyDeleteI loved New York tho. I'd love to go back and be able to take my time this time without having a list of must sees
You're right. New York just never gets old.
ReplyDeleteBefore your parents sell their place in Andalucia, don't forget to swing by the Picasso museum!
ReplyDeleteHi Nick, I've been there already. I loved it!
