It is a bit hidden away as you reached it through a doorway in the city walls off a back alley, which leads to steps down to the terraced bar which is perching on the rocky coast line. The views are stunning; it looks out across the island of Lokrum with the glittering Adriatic Sea as its backdrop.
The atmosphere is pretty low-key and casual. There is no food or coffee, they only serve cold drinks with a good selection of local wines and beers and even champagne and prosecco.
It's the perfect place to wind down after a day of sightseeing and enjoy a glass of wine, read a book and listen to the waves crashing against the rocks. Everything you'd want from a bar on the Med.
Love the view!!! I have heard so many good things about Dubrovnik from friends who visited... it is really a shame I haven't been there yet. If I ever do I will have in mind the Buza Bar you have mentioned.
ReplyDeleteYes do. It's the best spot in town for sundowners with a view.
